Service Description
Our Spa Facial catered to your unique skin concerns and needs, meaning it’s perfect for anyone and everyone. Prior to treatment, you and our Esthetician will engage in a skin consultation and analysis to ensure that your skin goals are being addressed and all of your questions are answered. This 60 min treatment includes a double cleanse, exfoliation, steam, extractions (if desired), targeted mask with massage, targeted serum, moisturizer & SPF. The Benefits of our spa facial will include: relaxation, stress relief, hydration and increased circulation in the face muscles leaving you with a glow.
Cancellation Policy
At 24 Karat Beauty, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and accommodate all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: A 24-hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $50.00 charge of the scheduled service. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, we may need to reschedule your appointment and apply the cancellation fee. If we are still able to accommodate you, your appointment may be shortened to avoid delays for the next client. Deposits A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain services or first-time clients. Deposits go toward your service total but will be forfeited if you cancel or reschedule late. Emergency Cancellations We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of sudden illness or extreme circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at our discretion. How to Cancel or Reschedule Please notify us via phone call, text, or email at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
